​I offer therapy spaces thoughtfully designed to accommodate both talking and creative therapy. Each room is light, airy, and features windows to create a bright and calming environment. Designed with comfort and confidentiality in mind, all rooms include two or more comfortable chairs and low lighting to foster a safe and sensitive setting.For creative therapy sessions, some rooms are equipped with a table and chairs in a designated corner, while three rooms also include desks for additional versatility. These spaces are ideal for a range of therapeutic practices, combining practicality with a welcoming ambiance.​
Finding Alleyne Lodge
Alleyne Lodge is just a 3-minute walk from the town centre. To reach Knapp Road:

Head towards the bowling green on Ambrose Street or The Wilson/Cheltenham Library on Clarence Street.

Knapp Road is located off the roundabout connecting these two streets.​

Street Parking: Nearby streets are just a 1–3 minute walk away. Many have payment meters and allow payments via the MIPERMIT app (location code for St. James Square: 705652).

Waitrose Parking (Honeybourne Way, GL50 3QW): Free parking for up to 3 hours, located just a 4-minute walk from Alleyne Lodge. For the easiest access:

Park on the top level, toward the far left-hand side.

Follow the footpath to the road, turn right, and walk past The Railway Inn pub.

Cross the road, and you’ll arrive at the top of Knapp Road. Continue walking past the Victorian building of St. Gregory's School (on your right). Alleyne Lodge is located a little further ahead, next to the RSPCA.

North Room
North room is the smallest room for one therapist and one client
South Room
South room can be used for group work for up to 20-30 people. It's the largest room in the building
West Room
East and West are medium sized rooms ideal for couples talking therapies
Easy booking system
We use SKEDDA as a room booking system, it is available online 24hrs, so great for planning sessions and booking last minute! This works well, and provides you with a good idea of availability. You are able to repeat book securing your spot for up to 6 months at a time, and also add in those adhoc sessions when needed.
